We got Zim new stuff for his home yesterday and he really seems to like it. Always climbing on it ^^ But well, yesterday night I think he MIGHT have been drunk. He tried to climb A LOT but mostly fell. I can't deny that it looked hilarious XDDD (I'm so sadistic...)

And I've been told that my car should arrive by the end of next week which hopefully means I will get it the week after that *_* FINALLY!!!

Today we PLANNED to go to a ... uhm.. gaming night? well, visiting friends for playing tabletop games etc., but by now they didn't give me an address so I'm a little lost here...

Yesterday we got bad news that Markus' mom is in hospital, we'll visit her today.

You'd think that given all the killing I write about, I'd want to watch something else at the end of the day, but I love crime shows. Unfortunately, I think I've finally seen every "Law and Order" permutation ever made at least twice, thanks to the wonders of reruns and a gazillion cable channels. So I've had to find something else to feed my habit-- er, fill the vacuum. I've tried a few shows, but none of them have hooked me until I stumbled upon "Criminal Minds."

It's not a 100% sell. Often it's a bit graphic and sadistic for my taste, but I really like the main characters, particularly the smartest kid in the room, Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler). I'm just a sucker for lanky, socially awkward, brainy, long-haired young blonds, I guess. Also love Mandy Patankin/Joe Mantegna, and the quotes they use at the beginning and end of the show, including some from Harlan Ellison and Cory Doctrow. Trouble is, it's running new episodes and reruns on at least three channels, spanning the entire run of the show. So I'm getting bits and pieces completely out of order. Where did Mandy go? Why is Spencer on crutches/in NA/kissing a girl in a pool? Who's that woman? Just saw an epi with Jason Alexander as the villian. Cool! And Garcia reminds me very much of a good friend who recently moved away. "That's how I roll." Miss you, Theresa!

Netflix to the rescue. I'm starting with Season 1, Episode 1, and working my way through. Just checked on the website. They're in season 6?!?! Why did I not know about this show sooner? Doug estimates 78 hours. I'm going to have to pace myself.

About six months ago, I read a fic that was part of the FFVII kink meme. It was "Sephiroth/Cloud WWII Nazi Germany." What I remember is that there were two parts: The first part where Sephiroth and Cloud have sex, and knowing that the war is lost, Sephiroth kills Cloud and himself. The second part is Vincent searching for Sephiroth. He is helped by Genesis (who was a Russian that betrayed his country) and is sent off. Genesis is killed for treason.

If anymore can help me find that fic it would be greatly appreciated. It has helped inspire this year's Nanowrimo for me, and I'd like to thank the author.

Anyone know what song is playing in the background when Suoh and Hei are taking? Before they go to the store? I really love it... It might be by Suoh's VA but I really have no clue!

I checked the tags and didn't find what I was looking for... Would anyone happen to know of a link where I can see Axel's reflection on memories with Roxas near the end of the game? I've only ever played the regular KH2 and really want to see this little bit of the story if possible. Thanks!

(I'm also in the early middle of playing Re: Chain of Memories and ... I'm so glad they released it to us! Game boy Advance did such a story little justice. I can't believe it took me almost a whole year to realize it was even out... what kind of fan am I??)

Okay, so now evidently any mention, nod to, or hint at Wincest "takes away a viewer's choice" to avoid it. Which is funny, because I always thought that changing the channel was a pretty easy choice to make. I had no idea that when you watched Supernatural, ropes and chains came out of your television set and held you immobile in your chair, forcing you to watch. TV is wicked crazy these days.

Anyway. DAY OFF! FINALLY! Haven't had one since LAST Friday, and I am tired. Need to go into work though to get my check, ugh. Then mayhap some Christmas shopping, whee~ And SUBWAY.

This...was a pain to transcribe. It's not 100% accurate, and there's some lag in certain areas, but I'm fairly content with the results.

Fandom, seriously? Three posts in a row about how immature you're being? I'm extremely disappointed.

Wtf is up with everybody being insulted about the fangirl stuff? Kripke & Co are poking fun at us because it's fun, and it's true, and hopefully people with an actual sense of humor will be able to laugh at themselves! The only people getting insulted by it are the very kinds of people the jokes are aimed at, and such folks have two real options: laugh, or go "omg am I really that pitiful?"

The fan I saw going "I don't like it so much that I'm done with the show D:" made me damn near piss myself laughing. SERIOUSLY GUYS? YOU GUYS, SERIOUSLY?

I thought this fandom was mainly adults. It appears I am mistaken~
